AUTHOR VISIT! Love Lives Here: Thriving in a Transgender Family

  • Metropolitan United Church 56 Queen Street East Toronto, ON, M5C 2Z3 Canada (map)

Please join Toronto Pflag and the Toronto Trans Coalition Project for a free book reading & community conversation with Amanda Jetté Knox and Zoe Knox, discussing Amanda's #1 bestseller "Love Lives Here".

This wonderful book is an Indigo and CBC Best Book of the Year that tells the inspirational story of an incredible family's journey to accept and embrace a trans wife and a trans daughter, showing how their family thrives by leading with love. Love Lives Here is a beautiful story of frustration, transition, support, acceptance, and, of course, love!

Amanda will provide a short reading, followed by a dialogue with her and her wife Zoe, and offering a joint Q&A. After this, we will continue our discussion of 'Thriving Transgender Families' with a local community panel of trans youth and adults, alongside accepting parents and spouses.

Amanda and Zoe will be signing books, and books will be available for purchase thanks to our friends at Another Story Bookshop.
