Wed June 26 at 7pm (in person, near Coxwell and Danforth)
Toronto Pflag peer support meetings are at the core of what we do. We offer a warm and caring atmosphere for you to hear the lived experiences of others, share your own, and grow in your understanding of gender diversity and sexual orientation. Discussions are confidential. Created for parents, we also welcome LGBTQ2S+ individuals as well as their family members and friends. For more information about what our meetings are like, visit: https://www.torontopflag.org/three-monthly-support-mtg. To register to get the link to the zoom meeting, or the address for the in-person meeting (on the Danforth subway line), please email: support@torontopflag.org. FREE!
Thurs June 20 - Toronto Pflag Transfemme and Nonbinary support meeting at 7pm (zoom)
Are you an 18+ trans woman, transfeminine individual, or nonbinary person looking for support? Are you questioning or exploring your gender identity? Do you have questions about coming out, social transition, medical and legal transition? Are you looking for a community and a place to discuss your trans experience? The group is a trans and nonbinary safe space, facilitated by trans feminine folx. There are no presentation requirements; please come as you are. This meeting is held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00-9:30pm. To register, please email: transfem.enby@torontopflag.org. FREE!
Thurs June 20 (special date) - Toronto Pflag Dads Night Out (in person)
Created by a dad who was a regular at our support meetings, and recognized a need for a different kind of environment to engage more fathers. Dads are of course welcome at our regular support meetings! But if you’d like to just hang out in a pub environment and talk informally, this event might be for you. Check our Events page for up-to-date details. Usually on the 4th Thursday of each month, but one week early for Pride month! Email dadsnight@torontopflag.org.
Sat June 22: Pride Poster Making Session in preparation to march in the Pride Parade (in person)
Join Toronto Pflag families at Runnymede United Church (432 Runnymede Rd) on Saturday June 22 from 1-4pm. Our Pride team needs help to make colourful, homemade signs to carry as placards in the Pride Parade and Trans March. This family-friendly poster-making event is a great 2SLGBTQIA+ welcoming activity for youth, adults and kids. We will provide the poster making supplies and snacks. You will provide your amazing selves, creative ideas, and together we will have lots of fun! RSVP appreciated, to make sure we have enough supplies! Email: volunteer@torontopflag.org.
June - Strawberry Festival, TDSB School (in-person)
Toronto Pflag families will host a booth at the Strawberry Festival at a TDSB school as part of the school's end-of-year celebrations. To request that Toronto Pflag volunteers visit your school event or give a presentation in a classroom, please email: education@torontopflag.org.

Fri June 28 - Pride Weekend: Trans Community Fair, Trans March, Cheering Station (in person)
Trans Community Fair, 5-7pm
The Trans Community Fair will be held at Church and Hayden for 2024, the location of the Trans Rally, and the start of the Trans March.. The Toronto Pflag Transfemme and Nonbinary support group will have a booth at the fair to meet the trans community and spread the word about our program. Don't hesitate to come by a little early, we'll be there.
Want to march with Toronto Pflag at the Trans March on Fri June 28?
Toronto Pflag has been participating in the Trans March from its early beginnings when there were about 300 people marching. We've watched it grow into the amazing March it has become, with approximately 10,000 marchers. Join our Pflag walking contingent in celebrating the resilience, strength, and beauty of the Trans community at the largest Trans March in the world! Our contingent will march behind the Toronto Pflag Transfemme and Nonbinary support group's banner, led by the group. If you're trans or enby, and attended our group, please come march with us. It's with great pride that Toronto Pflag families and friends walk alongside their loved ones to show love, support and respect. All are welcome to come join the general Toronto Pflag continent, immediately following. Let us know you're coming! Email: transfem.enby@torontopflag.org for more info, or meet us at the Toronto Pflag Transfemme & Nonbinary Group’s table at the Trans Community Fair by 6:30pm. The Trans Rally (7pm - come hear some great speakers) and Trans March will start at Church and Hayden (same location at the Trans Community Fair). The March will then move off between 7:45 and 8:00 pm
Want to join our Trans March Cheering Station instead?
Not all Pflag-ers can (or choose to) walk in the Trans March. This year, Pflag families will also show love to the marchers as they make their way down Yonge St by organizing a cheering station on the east side of Yonge St in front of the Courtyard Marriott just north of College Street. Cheering the Trans March is much easier than Sunday’s Pride Parade. It’s a lower key event - with an upbeat atmosphere - and there is plenty of space on the sidewalks to comfortably watch the groups march past.
The Toronto Pflag Cheering Station will be set up at 7:00. Marchers are expected to pass by around 8:00pm. Hang out with other Pflag folks and cheer on members of our Trans and Nonbinary community! No registration required -- just show up! You might want to bring a folding chair.
Sat June 29 & Sun June 30 - Pride Weekend: Streetfair Booth (in-person)
Come visit Toronto Pflag's booth at Toronto Pride! Stop by and say hello in-person at the Pride Streetfair, which hosts a multitude of vendors, artisans and community organizations during Festival Weekend. We look forward to being together again to celebrate, commemorate and promote our community! Toronto Pflag will be at booth H5, on Church St between Alexander and Wood.
Got kids? On Saturday, Toronto Pflag will also have a presence at the Family Pride event at the Church Street School on Saturday from 10am-4pm. (Please note that adults are only allowed in this space if accompanying children age 0-12.)
Sun June 30 - Pride Weekend: Toronto Pflag Pride Family Brunch (in-person)
Toronto Pflag welcomes 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, families, friends and their allies to our annual Pride Family Brunch on Sunday June 30th, 9 AM - 10:30 AM.

Sun June 30 - Pride Weekend: Marching in Pride Parade (in-person)

Wear sunscreen! For those interested, we will have Toronto Pflag marching placards available to pick up at our Pride Streetfair Booth available on Sunday before the parade. If you are planning to join our Pride Parade Marching Contingent, please email: events@torontopflag.org, and we will provide you with information about where we are meeting and what time, once the details are firmed up, or ask for more info at our booth (well in advance).
If you don’t want to march, find a spot (go early!) along the parade route to watch the event! It last for several hours, and features floats, groups, and performers.
